1. Ownership of Content

All VYB videos — including trainings, tutorials, presentations, promotional materials, and any related audiovisual works (“VYB Video Content”) — are the exclusive property of VYB or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable license to view VYB Video Content solely for your personal use or, where applicable, for internal VYB-related business activities as authorized by VYB.

You do not acquire any ownership rights by viewing or accessing the content.

2. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement, trademark misuse, unfair competition, or defamation:

Copying & Downloading

• Downloading, screen recording, ripping, scraping, copying, or capturing VYB Video Content in any way unless explicitly permitted by VYB.

Redistribution & Reposting

• Uploading, posting, sharing, or redistributing VYB videos — in whole or in part — to any platform such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, Twitch, Telegram, Reddit, or private groups without written authorization.

Embedding & Broadcasting

• Embedding, mirroring, rebroadcasting, or live-streaming VYB videos on other websites or channels without explicit written consent.

Unauthorized Use in Third-Party Content

• Using VYB videos in reaction videos, commentary, critiques, reviews, news-style reporting, podcasts, articles, or educational media without permission.
• This includes extended clips, compilations, or repetitive use to build any narrative about VYB.

Alteration & Manipulation

• Editing, modifying, splicing, re-cutting, adding overlays, voice alteration, AI manipulation, deepfakes, or any modifications that change the meaning, tone, or representation of VYB content.

Defamation, Misrepresentation & Brand Damage

• Using VYB content to misrepresent, defame, discredit, or falsely portray VYB, its team members, operations, products, or customers.
• Using VYB content to create or promote false claims, scam accusations, or harmful narratives.

Harassment & Targeted Abuse

• Using VYB Video Content to harass, threaten, intimidate, dox, or incite targeted abuse toward VYB or any associated individuals.

3. Legal Enforcement & Consequences

VYB actively monitors for copyright and policy violations. Without prior notice, VYB may take any of the following actions:

• DMCA takedown filings against infringing posts or videos.
• Cease-and-desist notices demanding removal of unauthorized content.
• Claims for damages relating to copyright infringement or brand harm.
• Civil or criminal legal action where violations meet statutory thresholds.
• Platform bans or account termination within the VYB ecosystem.

4. Fair Use & Permissions

While certain jurisdictions allow limited “fair use” of copyrighted material, VYB does not grant any additional permissions beyond what is legally required. VYB may dispute any unauthorized use it believes does not qualify as legitimate fair use.
