VYB Refund Policy

VYB Collective LLC (“VYB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital education, online programs, memberships,
downloadable materials, and select physical products fulfilled by strategic partners. This policy explains when
refunds may be granted and how refund requests are handled. By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge
and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy for Digital Products
Most VYB offerings are digital products that grant access immediately after purchase. Because digital content can be viewed and used instantly, refunds are limited.
VYB offers a 7-day refund window on eligible digital purchases if:
- The product was purchased directly through our website; and
- You gave the program a genuine try but are not satisfied with the experience; and
- You have not accessed, streamed, downloaded, or completed significant portions of the content in a way that reflects full or near-full consumption.
Important Digital Access Rules
Once digital content is accessed, streamed, downloaded, or significantly used, the purchase becomes non-refundable, except where required by law.
If a refund is approved, access to the digital content will be removed.
We review each request individually to prevent misuse (for example, completing most of a course and then requesting a refund). Our goal is always to be fair and reasonable.
How to Request a Digital Product Refund
To request a refund for a digital product, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and include:
- Your full name;
- The email address used at checkout;
- Your order number; and
- The product you purchased.
2. Physical Wellness Products (Fulfilled by Partners)
VYB may offer physical wellness products—such as the VYB HealthyU Sample Pack or items offered through Shopify Collective— that are fulfilled, packaged, and shipped directly by third-party partners.
Because VYB does not handle or ship these items:
- Refund, return, and replacement options depend on the partner’s policies, not VYB’s internal systems; and
- All physical product issues are handled case-by-case in coordination with the fulfillment partner.
If Your Physical Product Arrives Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective physical product, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number;
- A brief description of the issue; and
- Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable).
We will work with the partner to investigate and, when appropriate:
- Arrange a replacement;
- Coordinate a return; or
- Provide an alternative remedy permitted under the partner’s policies.
Because we do not warehouse or reship physical goods, we cannot guarantee replacements ourselves. Final decisions depend on the fulfillment partner.
3. Refund Eligibility Summary
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased:
Streaming Content
- Refundable within 7 days only if not accessed;
- Once streaming begins, the purchase is non-refundable.
Membership-Based Access
- Refundable within 7 days only if no exclusive paid content has been accessed;
- Membership fees beyond the refund window are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
Downloadable Content
- Refundable within 7 days only if the file has not been downloaded or accessed;
- Once downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable, except where required by law.
One-Time Digital Services
- Refundable if the service has not yet been used or delivered;
- Once the session, event, or tool access has been provided, it becomes non-refundable.
Physical Partner-Fulfilled Products
- Refunds depend entirely on the fulfillment partner’s policies; and
- Damage or fulfillment errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
4. Global Compliance & Regional Rights
VYB complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides more protective rights than this Policy, those rights will apply. Examples include:
- EU & UK: A 14-day withdrawal right may apply to certain digital purchases unless or until the content has been accessed.
- Brazil: A 7-day cooling-off period may apply for remote purchases, provided the product has not been accessed.
- Australia & Canada: Defective or misrepresented products may qualify for mandatory remedies.
VYB honors all legally required refund rights.
5. Refund Timing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used at checkout;
- Banks and card issuers may take up to 10 business days to post the refund; and
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and it has not appeared, email [email protected] so we can follow up with your payment provider.
6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
You agree to contact VYB and complete our Dispute Resolution Process before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension or termination;
- Loss of VYB Bucks, commissions, or access to the platform; and
- Investigation and dispute filings with your bank or payment processor.
Chargebacks for products that have already been accessed, delivered, or fulfilled are considered invalid, and we may provide evidence of such access or delivery during the dispute process.
