- VYB Bucks and Rewards
- VYB Bucks are a virtual rewards currency within the VYB ecosystem.
- Redemption options include USD, event tickets, merchandise, gaming credits, vouchers, and specific products/services.
- Redemption for USD must occur within 7 days of reward issuance.
- VYB Bucks expire 30 days after a user’s last login.
- VYB Bucks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or resold.
- VYB may modify or terminate the VYB Bucks program at any time.
- Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
- Payments for subscriptions, services, and digital products are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- VYB is not responsible for third-party payment processing issues.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in account suspension.
Global Refund Policy
In accordance with consumer protection laws in various jurisdictions:
- EU & UK Users: A 14-day cooling-off period applies to digital goods unless already accessed or used.
- Australia: Refunds apply for faulty or misleading products/services as per Australian Consumer Law.
- Brazil: Consumers have the right to request refunds within 7 days for digital purchases.

- Prohibited Activities

VYB Refund Policy

VYB Collective LLC ("VYB," "we," "our," or "us") provides digital-only educational content, services, and downloadable materials that are accessed through online streaming, membership-based access, paid sections of our website, and direct downloads. Due to the nature of our offerings, refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions. By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
- General Refund Policy
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, VYB offers a seven (7) day, 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee for all purchases made at the retail price, provided that the customer has not accessed, downloaded, or used the digital content or services.
Refund eligibility depends on how the digital product or service was accessed:
- Streaming-Based Content (Courses, Training, and Digital Learning Materials)
- A purchase is non-refundable once the customer logs in and streams or views any portion of the educational material.
- If the customer has not accessed any streaming content, they may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.
- Membership-Based Access (Subscription-Based Services, Exclusive Paid Areas of the Platform)
- Some content is available exclusively to paying members.
- If a member has accessed any exclusive paid areas, refunds are not permitted.
- If a member has not logged in or accessed any paid content, they may request a refund within seven (7) days of payment.
- Digital Downloads (E-Books, PDFs, Downloadable Courses, Software, or Other Digital Materials)
- Purchases of downloadable content are final.
- If the file has not been downloaded, a refund may be requested within seven (7) days of purchase.
- Once the file has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
- Service-Based Digital Purchases (One-Time Digital Services, Access to Specific Tools, Webinars, or Paid Digital Consultations)
- If the service has not yet been used, a refund may be requested within seven (7) days of purchase.
- If the service has been initiated or completed, the purchase is non-refundable.
Customers may cancel their membership or subscription at any time, but fees paid beyond the 7-day refund period are non-refundable.
- Global Compliance & Regional Refund Requirements
Certain jurisdictions provide additional refund rights. The following policies apply in compliance with local laws:
European Union (EU) & United Kingdom (UK) - 14-Day Digital Refund Right
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content purchases are eligible for a 14-day withdrawal period, unless the content has already been accessed or downloaded.
- If a customer has not accessed streaming content, paid areas, or downloaded any materials, they may request a full refund within 14 days.
- If the content has been accessed by logging in, streaming, downloading, or using a paid service, the refund right is waived, in compliance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
- Businesses must clearly inform customers of this before purchase, which VYB does.
Australia – Consumer Guarantees & Refunds
Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers are entitled to refunds for digital goods that:
- Are faulty, not as described, or do not function as advertised.
- Change substantially after purchase due to VYB’s modifications.
VYB does not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases after seven (7) days, unless required by Australian law.
Brazil – LGPD Consumer Rights
Under LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), Brazilian consumers have the right to:
- Request refunds for faulty or misrepresented digital products.
- Cancel their purchase within seven (7) days if the product was acquired through remote channels (e-commerce or phone sales), provided they have not accessed the content.
Canada – PIPEDA & Consumer Protection Laws
- Refunds for digital goods are only provided if the product is defective, does not match the description, or violates consumer rights.
- Consumers in Quebec may have additional refund rights under local law.
- Refund Process

To qualify for a refund, customers must:

- Provide proof of purchase (order number and email associated with the account).

- Acknowledge that once any content has been accessed, downloaded, or a paid service has been used, no refund is available.
- Processing Time & Payment Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
- International customers acknowledge that currency conversion rates and transaction fees may affect the refunded amount.
VYB is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or international transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers.
- Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Customers who dispute transactions by filing chargebacks may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
- A chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
- Multiple chargeback attempts may result in permanent account termination.
- Fraudulent chargebacks, including disputes over valid purchases, will be reported to the relevant financial authorities.
If there are suspicious refund patterns linked to multiple accounts, VYB reserves the right to investigate before issuing any refund.
- Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
VYB does not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- If digital content has been accessed, streamed, downloaded, or used (except in cases of defective or misrepresented products).
- Beyond the stated refund period (7 days standard, 14 days for EU/UK consumers in certain cases).
- For promotional or discounted purchases, unless required by law.

All VYB products and services are delivered electronically. There are no physical shipments associated with any purchase.
- Digital Access Types
- Streaming Content (Courses, Training, Learning Materials) – Available immediately after purchase. Customers must log in to view content. Once streaming has begun, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
- Membership-Based Access (Subscriptions, Exclusive Platform Areas) – Content and services are accessible only while the membership is active. Refunds follow our Refund Policy guidelines.
- Downloadable Digital Content (E-Books, PDFs, Course Materials, Software, or Other Files) – Available via customer accounts or email. Once a file has been downloaded, it is non-refundable.

- Delivery Timeframes & Access Issues

- Streaming requires a stable internet connection (5 Mbps or higher recommended).
- Downloadable content is provided in standard formats (PDF, EPUB, MP4, etc.). Customers must have the appropriate software to open these files.
- VYB is not responsible for purchases made on incompatible devices.
- Account Security & Unauthorized Access
- Each purchase is tied to a single user account.
- Customers must not share login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
- VYB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

- Refund & Chargeback Policy
