The VYB Rewards Program recognizes your growth, leadership, and teamwork within the community. As you participate in learning, mentoring, and sharing, you can qualify for recognition and advancement through VYB’s educational rank system. Learn, share, and grow—together.
Every active membership generates Reward Points whenever educational programs are purchased or shared within your community network. Reward Points accumulate as you grow — through your own participation, sharing memberships, and building a team of individuals who are doing the same.
As you enroll new members and help your team duplicate the process, your overall points increase. These points directly contribute to building your ranks, unlocking milestone rewards, and creating the ability to earn additional income through the VYB Rewards Program.
Your activity within the community matters. When you stay engaged, participate in training, and help others learn and grow, you develop personally and your team strengthens.
As members stay active, share memberships, and continue building their teams, their Reward Points increase over time. Consistent participation, duplication, and accountability form the foundation for long-term advancement within the VYB Rewards Program.
VYB uses a dual-team structure to encourage teamwork and mentorship. As you share and collaborate with others, your left and right teams contribute to shared reward point growth. The program emphasizes cooperation, not competition.

Rank advancement is driven by team growth and the total Reward Points generated through membership activity. As you and your team purchase and share memberships, your points accumulate, allowing you to reach new ranks and unlock greater earning potential.
